My first ever Webcomic TV comic as well as the first comic for WcTV News. Introduces the yet unnamed news anchor. I eventually chose the first name Brock, but am still unsure of a last name.
I liked the idea of reporting on news-worthy events in the webcomic multiverse. It seemed like a fun concept and a good way to test the webcomic-creation waters.
This was an easy strip to write. After reading the Starslip strip it references, I had the line "Doctor, Doctor, give me the news" stuck in my head for days.
